The Kosse Cafe opened for business in 1994 as part of the Rasco Business
Group.  It was originally located on South Main Street in downtown Kosse but
moved in 2000 to its present location at the intersection of Highways 7 and 14
in Kosse, Texas.

The philosophy of the Kosse Cafe has always been based on three guiding
principles.  First, we will provide an atmosphere in which the whole family can
feel comfortable.  Second, we will serve high-quality home cooked food at a
reasonable price.  Third is a pledge that friendly and hospitable service will
always be found with each visit to our restaurant.

The Kosse Cafe is proud to have been recognized in magazines and area
newspapers, and is especially renowned for our genuine Kosse Cafe catfish
dinners.  Texas Co-op Power Magazine has listed the Kosse Cafe among its
premier choices for "Best Catfish in Texas"
(click here to read article)  and the
Waco Tribune-Herald food critic has described our homemade desserts as
exemplary.  We serve customers from throughout Texas and the world, and are
proud to say repeat business represents the vast majority of our sales.

The manager of the Kosse Cafe is Stacy Lockhart, and she is dedicated to
assuring your every visit to the Kosse Cafe is a pleasant one.
